What have I been up to? Writing tutorials!
I recently discovered eHow.com, and yesterday I finally got around to signing up an account. I also wrote my first two tutorials; one on how to turn a plain old pullover into an adorable cardigan, and one on how to make a bottle cap into a necklace charm!
The sweater idea is one I had been wanting to do for a while. I’ve known how to do it for quite a while now, but just finally got around to actually doing it the other day. It turned out really cute! I used a sweater that I picked up for $2.99 at Goodwill. It started out as a plain, v-neck, grey sweater. But it’s not so plain anymore!
The bottle caps I have been making for a while now. It’s an idea that came out of necessity, as I am a packrat and had managed to save up a huge collection of caps, amongst other random tidbits. Then one day, I got an ultimatum from my boyfriend; find something to use all the crap for, or throw it away! (And he was right… If you save junk and never do anything with it, it’s still junk!)
